Sourcing Requests and Quotes

Prices shown on this site are indicative only. A written quote issued in response to your enquiry sets out the actual price, assembly configuration, warranty terms and delivery arrangements — the quote, not the website, is the offer you accept.

Compatibility

We check compatibility against the vehicle details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information. Where details are incomplete or incorrect, fitment cannot be guaranteed — confirm compatibility in writing before paying.

Descriptions and Configuration

Assemblies are described as they are sourced. Included components, ancillaries and known condition are stated in your quote. If a detail is not confirmed in writing, it should not be assumed.

Availability and Supply Times

All units are subject to sourcing and availability. Timeframes given in a quote are estimates; confirmed arrangements are set out in your order.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote. An order is confirmed when you accept the written offer and payment is received as agreed.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia can be arranged and priced in your quote. Risk, timing and any collection arrangements are confirmed in the order documentation.

Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation and return arrangements are agreed per order and stated in your quote, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer guarantee that applies.

Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the specific assembly and are confirmed in writing before purchase. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition and cannot be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as allowed under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
